We accept most major health insurance plans, Medicaid from all five NYC boroughs, and offer transparent self-pay pricing for patients without insurance.

Medicaid
We accept Medicaid from all five New York City boroughs:

- Manhattan
- Brooklyn
- Queens
- Staten Island
Please note: We do not accept Westchester County Medicaid. If you have Westchester County Medicaid and need care, our billing team can help you explore other options — call 718-585-1010.
Under New York State law, Medicaid covers abortion services, gynecological exams, contraception, STD testing, and most reproductive health services at no cost to the patient. If you have Medicaid, you typically pay $0 out of pocket for covered services at our clinic.

What Services Are Covered?
Most insurance plans and Medicaid cover the following services at our clinic:
Abortion Services Medicaid and most insurance plans cover surgical and medication abortion in New York State. Under New York law, insurers are required to cover abortion services. If you have questions about your specific coverage, our billing team will verify it before your appointment.
Gynecology Annual GYN exams, Pap smears, and cervical cancer screenings are typically covered at 100% as preventive care under most insurance plans including Medicaid.
Contraception IUD insertion and removal, Nexplanon insertion and removal, and birth control prescriptions are typically covered under most plans. Medicaid covers all FDA-approved contraceptive methods at no cost.
STD Testing and Treatment STD screening and treatment are covered under most insurance plans and Medicaid. Many plans cover STD testing as preventive care at no cost to you.
Colposcopy Follow-up colposcopy after an abnormal Pap smear is typically covered by insurance and Medicaid when medically indicated.

How to Verify Your Insurance Before Your Appointment
Step 1: Call us at 718-585-1010 or email billing@dremily.net with your insurance information.
Step 2: Have your insurance card ready. We will need your member ID, group number, and the name of your insurance plan.
Step 3: We will contact your insurer and confirm your coverage for the specific service you need before your appointment.
Step 4: We will let you know exactly what, if anything, you will owe at your visit — no surprises.

Self-Pay Pricing
If you do not have insurance or prefer to pay out of pocket, we offer competitive, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our self-pay fees are among the most affordable in New York City for AAAASF-accredited, board-certified OB/GYN care.
Abortion Services (Self-Pay)
- Abortion pill (medication abortion, up to 9 weeks): $600 — includes two office visits, two ultrasounds, all medications, and 24/7 support
- First trimester surgical abortion (5–12 weeks): call for pricing
- Second trimester surgical abortion (13–21 weeks): call for pricing — varies by gestational age
Gynecology Services (Self-Pay)
- New patient consultation: $200
- Routine office visit: $100
- Return visit within 6 months: $120
- Return visit within 18 months: $160
Additional Fees That May Apply
- RhoGAM injection (for Rh-negative patients): $80 mini dose / $160 regular dose

Financial Assistance
If cost is a barrier to care, please do not let it stop you from reaching out. We work directly with several abortion funds and financial assistance organizations that can help cover some or all of the cost of your care.
